Changing Lives Inside and Out

Our Mission

Change Begins Within.

Inward Blossom Life (IBL) was born out of a desire to offer people assistance during times of transition. After working in her church and community, the founder, Saskia Cineas, saw a trend --- many people were walking around trying to piece life together, but didn’t have anyone to give them the tangible things they need to begin focusing on the inward issues that inhibited their growth.

“I’m supposed to be helping people, especially children and teens, get a second chance at life,” she said.

After taking some time to figure out what could be done, Cineas created Inward Blossom Life in February 2017 to do real charity work that reaches young people. IBL provides resources and connections that allows youth to blossom into who they were meant to be. The organization goes a step beyond giving a hand out and helps people by raising awareness, filling in the gap, and offering programs to coach them through life. All programming and assistance aims to help individuals look within themselves to find the answers to fulfill their destiny.

Our Founder

Living, laughing, loving, and being a light are what I strive to do every day of my life. When I wake up each morning, despite whatever happened yesterday or what I may be going through at that moment, that is my goal.

I believe in living in the moment. I believe in laughing until you see wrinkles (even though nobody wants wrinkles, I'll take it!). I believe in loving yourself first then everyone you may come in contact with. I believe in being that light in someone's darkness.

Growing up in both the city and living the country life taught me how to adapt to any environment. So I understand what is like to have the odds stacked against you and being embarrassed about where you live and how you live until you make it out. Thanks to family unity both in Maryland and Ga, I am who I am today. "What more can I do?" taught me how to be an encourager. Having a total of 9 siblings taught me about balance and perseverance.

Even at a young age I was seen as the protector, provider, and problem solver among my friends and family. If anyone would ask them, I am sure they would say the same. This spirit led me to serve 8 years in the U.S. Army reserve.

My first thought was, "This name doesn’t make any sense..." But the more He talked to me. The more I understood. Change starts with the inside... Once the inside begins healing then you begin to blossom on the outside living the life you were destined to have. That same year at my home church, we were asked  to wear pink tops for breast cancer awareness month. I had a pink shirt made with the words Inward Blossom Life, a butterfly, and the names of my grandmother Ditsy Brown and mother-in-law Ketly Cineas on the back.

From that day forward, I eagerly looked for ways to work within my church. Each day new opportunities were presented to me and I answered every call. From there it expanded to the community and now across the nation.

Today, Inward Blossom Life continues to touch lives and I'm just happy to answer the call. I am Saskia Cineas, and I plan on living, laughing, loving, and being the light for the rest of my life. Come join me!
